Landing in America.
Martha's Vineyard. Bussing tables, managing restaurants, late nights at hotels. Not the dream — but the foundation. I learned how to talk to people, how to show up, how to lead a team under pressure.
Chapter 03
The pivot — into real estate.
I started investing out of state while still working in hospitality. Buy a property, manage it from a distance, figure it out. Then I quit and went all in on fix-and-flips.
Chapter 04
The connector.
I built a connector/broker business — matching real estate operators and developers with private capital. I designed the backend systems, the underwriting workflow, the investor reporting cadence, the CRM, the follow-up rhythm. All from scratch. That engine is what later powered Legacy Bloom Capital.
Chapter 05
The stage and the students.
Now I share the playbook — speaking, hosting Legacy Talk, and using the platform to spotlight other immigrant entrepreneurs building wealth on their own terms. Alongside all of that, I'm continuing to grow Legacy Bloom Capital as a vehicle for everyday investors to plant capital and watch it bloom.
