I grew up watching people work hard for other people's dreams. I wanted something different; I just didn't know what yet.
The real journey
From a suitcase
to a fund.
Jamaica raised me. Earth's vineyard prepared me. Tampa helped me build — one decision, one relationship, and one uncomfortable leap at a time.
Hey there — I'm Kellz
I learned leadership before I ever called myself a founder.
Hospitality taught me how to lead when the room moved fast. Real estate taught me how to keep going when the answer wasn't obvious. Raising private capital taught me that trust is built long before anyone says yes.
The chapters
The polished story came later.

Landing in America.
Bussing tables, cleaning, managing restaurants, late nights, and learning how to show up, communicate, and lead under pressure.

Hospitality became the training ground.
I moved from hostess to management. The pace, the people, and the pressure quietly built the leadership skills I still use today.

The pivot into real estate.
I started investing out of state while still working full-time. Then I left the W-2, moved to Tampa, and went all in.

The connector became the fund manager.
I built the investor workflows, underwriting process, reporting rhythm, CRM, and follow-up engine that would later power Legacy Bloom Capital.
Faith & legacy
Success means more when it becomes a bridge.
The work is bigger than deals. It is about showing what becomes possible when a first-generation immigrant keeps building, keeps learning, and makes room for other people to build too.
